PC gaming is as strong as ever, with 2016 being one of the busiest years yet for game releases. There are some great PC games on the horizon, but it's likely you'll need some fancy new laptop hardware to play them on.
You pay a premium for the portability of gaming laptops, but they offer freedom to gamers that a hefty desktop PC simply can't match. You can play Call of Duty on your sofa, Fallout at your friend's house and League of Legends at a LAN party without being constrained by the size of your rig. If you're looking to play games on decent settings, you'll probably want to spend at least £800, although you can spend well in excess of £3,000 if you're in the market for super speedy desktop levels of performance.
That being said, here are the best laptops monecy can buy in 2016.

Unfortunately, it is marred by a pretty lacklustre display, but I feel it really doesn't detract too much, especially considering the awesome performance output you're getting.
