Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus

The best deals for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus on EE, O2, Three and Vodafone

Apple has finally revealed the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, both launching in the UK on 19 September, with pre-orders starting on 12 September. As well as being available direct from Apple, the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will also be sold by EE, O2, Three and Vodafone as well as smaller networks such as GiffGaff (a virtual network using O2) and Virgin Media (which uses EE's network).

You can pre-register your interest in either handset using the links above, and the network will contact you as soon as the official pre-order system opens. At that point you'll be able to pick a handset and a contract, esseintially buying the phone, though you won't be charged, and your phone won't be shipped until the 19th.

The obvious place to pick up an iPhone 6 is straight from Apple. Both the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will be available to pre-order direct from Apple from 12 September, but there's no way to register your interest before then - short of camping out in front of one the company's stores. There are three iPhone 6 models available, differing only in storage size (16GB, 64GB and 128GB), with each being available in silver, gold and grey.

The 16GB iPhone 6 costs £539, the 64GB model is £619 and the 128GB model is £699. Apple is not selling a 32GB iPhone 6. If you want the iPhone 6 Plus then you'll obviously have to pay a bit more. The 16GB version costs £619, the 64GB model is £699 and the 128GB version is a whopping £789.

There are also two pay-as-you-go deals available direct from Apple – for £15 on Three you get 300 minutes, 3,000 texts and unlimited 4G data for 30 days, while on O2 for £15 you get 200 minutes, 2,000 texts and 1GB of 4G data.

Forking out over £500 for a new phone won't be for everyone and you're likely to be getting an iPhone 6 on contract. EE, O2, Three and Vodafone will all sell the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus on contract, but specific deals have not been announced just yet. We'll update this article as soon as the UK networks announce their iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus contracts.
