It’s that time of the month again where Microsoft reveals its Xbox Live Games with Gold lineup for the month ahead, and this time it’s March’s turn.
Kicking off March’s Games with Gold lineup is Far Cry: Blood Dragon and Trials HD mashup, Trials of the Blood Dragon. That’s joined by Disney film tie-in Brave on Xbox 360. Mid-way through the month, the phenomenal shooter-cum-puzzler Superhot and Xbox 360 title Quantum Conundrum join while Shadow Warrior drops out.
As always, one game from February continues on into March and this time that’s Shadow Warrior. After that, it’s replaced by Superhot – which is continuing on into April.
As lineups go, March’s games aren’t too bad. You’ll end up with around 3,400 gamerscore for completing all of them and, despite lukewarm reviews, Trials of the Blood Dragon is good fun when you’re not paying for it. Superhot is, clearly, the best game of the selection and, even though Quantum Conundrum didn’t live up to expectations, it comes from the mind of Portal designer Kim Swift so it’s still great fun and amusing to boot.
You still have time to go and download February’s Games With Gold lineup before it disappears on 1 March, but here’s a quick rundown of what’s coming and going on Xbox Live Games with Gold for March.
